Osceola County Welcome Center & History Museum

The Osceola County Welcome Center and History Museum features exhibits tracing the history and evolution of the local environment. Visitor information is also available.
The museum features four different habitats that you will encounter in Osceola County including swamplands, pine flatwoods, oak hammock, and lakefront showcasing how nature and history are tied together. Visitors will experience various interactive exhibits and can take a short walk down to the creek and see firsthand the wildlife in its natural setting and historic buildings in their original location.
The Welcome Center offers a multipurpose room that seats 50 theater style with a mini kitchen attached, there is also a screened porch that overlooks the creek and would be great for any outdoor occasion.
Open Wednesday - Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
