Their head chef has over 20 years of licensed culinary experience with background in the US Navy as well as restaurants like Braseros Steakhouse in South Florida, Great Performances Catering and Dizzy's Club Coca-Cola in New York and others. He has both a culinary and pastry degree from ICE (Institute of Culinary Education) NYC and was taught by many renowned chefs. They put his talent and experience to use to provide you some of the most amazing and appetizing meals.
