Two airports serve the Kissimmee area. Most major airlines fly into Orlando International Airport (MCO), just 25 minutes from Kissimmee. MCO offers non-stop service from 100+ U.S. cities and non-stop international service from 50+ countries. 

Kissimmee Gateway Airport (ISM) offers prime access for those flying in on private or charter jets. 

The Brightline high-speed rail system connecting Central Florida to South Florida is now open! They are the only provider of modern, eco-friendly, high-speed rail in the U.S. Their vision is to connect “Too long to drive and too short to fly.” From in-station luxury to on-board hospitality, Brightline Orlando is the experience before the destination.

If meeting attendees are arriving from another country, be sure to get familiar with airports, airlines, and visa requirements.

If attendees are a citizen of a country other than the United States, be aware of any entry requirements. All foreign nationals require a valid passport to enter the U.S. The Visa Waiver Program (VWP) also allows nationals of 35 countries to enter the country and stay up to 90 days without a visa.

Driving is one of the most popular ways to get around Kissimmee. The area is located at the crossroads of Florida's highway network, offering easy access via major highways. Note that some toll roads will require a small fee. Roadways to know include: West U.S. Highway 192 is Kissimmee's primary tourist corridor. Brightly colored Guide Markers along the way make it easy to navigate. Osceola Parkway (Toll Road 522) is a direct route into Walt Disney World® Resort. Exits #242, #244, and #249 on Florida's Turnpike provide easy access to and from Kissimmee. Exit #64 on Interstate 4 provides easy access to and from Kissimmee as well. 

Uber and Lyft serve the area, especially in closer proximity to major theme parks and attractions. Look for specially designated pick-up and drop-off locations at airports, theme parks, and entertainment areas. 

Meeting and event planners will find many choices for hiring professional motorcoaches. These comfortable buses can transport attendees from conference hotels and resorts to attractions, entertainment areas, and special event venues. Luxury Sprinters are a popular option as well, with various seating options that can accommodate 10 to 55 people.
