Media Visit Request Form

The Communications Team at Experience Kissimmee is committed to assisting travel media covering stories about Kissimmee and Osceola County. Experience Kissimmee can assist with creating suggested itineraries and some expenses so that writers can experience the destination to write about it.

If you are interested in a Kissimmee Media Familiarization (FAM) visit, please fill out the Media Assistance Request Form below. Every effort will be made to accommodate your date preferences; however, it is not guaranteed.

Please Note: We recommend domestic media complete and submit the form at least four weeks prior to their intended arrival to Kissimmee. International media should submit between six to eight weeks in advance.

Media assistance depends on availability and is handled on a case-by-case basis.

• Travel media must provide:
  • Completed Media Visit Request Form.
  • A brief bio and two samples of published stories.
  • Letter of assignment (if working for a specific publication).
  • Name of publication/outlets to which you plan to submit articles and their circulation/UMV numbers.
