You Deserve a Spring Break Vacation!

Plan your dream spring-break getaway to Kissimmee, Florida, with these helpful tips.

Two children relaxing together on a blue inner tube as they float along a lazy river, surrounded by lush greenery and calm, shallow water.

Slow laps, sunny laughs, and nowhere else to be. This is what vacation mode looks like when the current sets the pace.

You've survived the winter, started thinking about spring cleaning (maybe), and are already making plans for summer activities. Give yourself a break before then, because you deserve a vacation!

Start by checking out our latest deals and discounts, then let us inspire your itinerary. Whether you’re looking to relax at a spa or on the golf course or energize with the help of a few theme-park thrills, we're ready to welcome you for your perfect spring getaway.

Take Time to Be You

Whether you choose to dress up in a wizard cloak at Universal Orlando Resort, embrace your inner pirate or princess at Walt Disney World Resort, or wear your favorite sea animal T-shirt at SeaWorld Orlando, Kissimmee is where you feel at ease just being you. Speed around on roller coasters, eat sweets until your heart’s content (calories don’t count on vacation, after all), and shop 'til you drop.

Every day at the theme parks feels like a celebration — capped off with spectacular nighttime shows and fireworks — so be sure to bring your camera to snap those precious family moments. When you and your loved ones are being your truest, most fun selves, you'll want to remember every minute.

Give Yourself a Night Out

Whether it’s a relaxed dinner for date night or an unforgettable outing with friends under the stars, Disney Springs is the place to go. From the Asian flavors of Morimoto Asia and delectable seafood of The Boathouse to the live music at the Roaring '20s-themed venue, The Edison, and swinging salsa music of Paradiso 37, you’ll be tasting and swaying all night long.

To see star-worthy entertainment — or to become a star yourself — head to Universal CityWalk. For a live reggae band that's sure to make you “get up, stand up," visit Bob Marley – A Tribute to Freedom, inspired by the legendary Jamaican musician. If you want to be in the show, stop by CityWalk’s Rising Star for next-level karaoke complete with backup singers and a live band. Plus, there’s dining galore, from almost-too-pretty-to-eat milkshakes at Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen, a taste of island life at Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, and so much more.

Treat Yourself with Retail Therapy

If nothing relaxes you more than a good retail therapy session, then you’ve come to the right place. Kissimmee boasts impressive upscale malls, including The Loop open-air shopping center and The Mall at Millenia, as well as Disney Springs and Promenade at Sunset Walk. These must-shop locations offer a collection of name-brand and local shops nestled among restaurants and other entertainment. Looking for deals? At the two Orlando Premium Outlets locations and the Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores, you can purchase Michael Kors, Kate Spade, and J. Crew at bargain prices.

Check Something Crazy Off Your Bucket List

Looking to add a bit of thrill to your spring getaway? What better way than by taking to the sky on an epic zip line.

Experience Gatorland’s Screamin’ Gator Zip Line, which stands over seven stories tall and provides views of both crocodiles and alligators. Plus, the Gator Gauntlet, the world’s only wheelchair-accessible zip line, enables those with mobility challenges to strap into a special harness system and safely glide 350 feet over gators.

For a full Tarzan-like experience, Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park will have you swinging. Set in a pine forest, the 15-acre park features a pair of 425-foot zip lines and obstacles, including swings, ladders, and suspended bridges.
