Late-Night Dining at Disney Springs®

Your taste buds are in for a treat when you visit Disney Springs®, whether you’re craving a late-night snack or a meal with all the courses. From comfort-food classics to craving-satisfying desserts, there’s plenty of flavors to savor after dinner time.

At Morimoto Asia, Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto blends traditional Asian dishes with Western influences. Inventive as it is entertaining, Morimoto Asia features an exhibition kitchen, meaning you’ll get a firsthand look at how your meal is prepared (spoiler alert: you won’t want to miss it).

Chart your course to The BOATHOUSE® for its fabulous raw bar, fresh fish, and fine-dining favorites; casual options like burgers and sandwiches are also on the menu. Don’t forget to check out their outdoor waterfront bars for craft cocktails and vintage wine.

In the mood for a piece of pizza perfection? Head over to Pizza Ponte, where they serve up satisfying slices. At Paradiso 37, you can go on a culinary tour of the Americas and sample dishes from North, Central, and South America. Craving the perfect cut of beef? STK Steakhouse Orlando is a chic steakhouse featuring an innovative menu and late-night happy hour. 

If you’re looking for something fresh and trendy, try Summer House on the Lake, a breezy California-inspired restaurant serving up seasonal dishes, signature pizzas, and a can’t-miss cookie bar. When browsing mouthwatering menus, remember to save room for dessert. During Hot Cookie Hour at Gideon’s Bakehouse, be prepared for their “almost half-pound” cookies and Double Frosted Cakes. Gideon’s is also known for limited-edition desserts (first-come, first-served).

If you scream for ice cream, Ghirardelli® Ice Cream & Chocolate Shop is the place to be. Decadent sundaes, house-made hot fudge, classic banana splits — it might be the best way to cap off the day. 

At Vivoli il Gelato, try hand-crafted Italian gelato and sorbet that will satisfy any sweet tooth. Looking to experience true Florida flavors? Stargazers Bar, located on the ground level of Planet Hollywood, highlights Florida beers and hand-crafted cocktails.
