In partnership with Atlas Obscura, the trail showcases Osceola County’s vibrant Hispanic and Latino food culture, from bustling food trucks to cherished family-owned restaurants.

Kissimmee, Fla. (July 1, 2026) — Originally created through a partnership with Atlas Obscura in October 2025, Experience Kissimmee's Latin Culinary Trail has expanded to include 40 restaurants, further showcasing the vibrant Hispanic and Latino heritage of Osceola County. Featuring a diverse mix of restaurants, cafés, food trucks and bars, the Latin Culinary Trail invites visitors to experience the depth and dynamism of Kissimmee’s evolving culinary scene.

“With more than 55% of Osceola County identifying as Hispanic or Latino, our community’s culture and cuisine are central to the Kissimmee experience,” said DT Minich, President and CEO of Experience Kissimmee. “Partnering with Atlas Obscura allows us to shine a spotlight on these traditions, showcasing hidden gems and culinary destinations that tell a larger story.”

We do everything with love—every cup, every dish is made to slow down, savor, and celebrate the culture we cherish.”

“Food has the power to tell stories that go beyond the plate,” said Louise Story, Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Obscura. “Through this partnership with Experience Kissimmee, we enjoyed uncovering these hidden gems and are excited to highlight these restaurants and culinary experiences that reveal the rich history, culture, and creativity of the local Hispanic and Latino communities. These small businesses are the heartbeat of the city, and the Latin Culinary Trail is simply not to be missed."
