The physical qualities of a vacation rental property (defined by location, amenities, and attributes) are only part of what the traveler considers when choosing a vacation home. Often, the more important variable to consider is the manager’s ability to provide quality customer service. While a beautiful, well-appointed property is a great starting point, top level guest service is critical to the overall guest experience. Since 1999; its our team that has made the difference. Gemstone offers private heated pool homes and resort style condos. Property attributes include: private and resort swimming pools, spas, full kitchens, modern decor and spacious floor plans. Units range from 2 bed to our flagship 8 bed retreat at Champions Gate resort.
