If you’re looking for that delectable dessert or flavorful meal but have a gluten allergy or intolerance, you’ve come to the right place. Not only are allergies widely recognized across the area, but some restaurants have also dedicated menus with foods you never thought you’d be able to eat again! Here’s a list of just some of these incredible restaurants that cater to your gluten allergy. 

4 Rivers Smokehouse

This local barbecue spot 4 Rivers Smokehouse is notorious for offering gluten free options. From the southern pulled pork and smoked chicken to the St. Louis style ribs and 4R BBQ beans, you’ll surely find something to satisfy your appetite.

Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill

Smokey Bones has an entire dedicated menu to your gluten sensitivity. Remove the bun and replace with a lettuce wrap for their burgers or even create your own Pitmaster combo! You can also order their regular or premium sides including the natural cut fries, loaded baked potato, or creamy coleslaw.

Walt Disney World Resort

If you’re visiting the theme parks with a food allergy, Walt Disney World Resort is sure to please. Almost every place you stop for a snack or meal can accommodate your gluten allergy. Did you think you’d have to go without Mickey Mouse waffles? Well, you can order them GF and won’t be able to tell the difference. Disney Springs

Gluten free menus are also easy to find at Disney Springs. Be sure to always tell your server about your allergy and they’ll most likely have a substitute. P.S. You must try Raglan Road’s gluten free monkey bread!

Universal Citywalk

Some spots at Universal Citywalk have great allergy menus. A favorite for those looking for gluten-friendly options is at Antojitos Authentic Mexican Food. With their signature corn chips, you can delight in nachos, tableside guacamole, Budin, and so much more!

Columbia Restaurant – Celebration

Of course, Columbia’s Original “1905” Salad is on the GF menu but there’s also an array of tapas and entrees for you to choose from as well. From the shrimp “Al Ajillo” to the pollo asado and even their crema Catalana dessert, your meal will be safe and delicious.

Estefan Kitchen

Estefan Kitchen has so many options when it comes to gluten free dining. Try the restaurant’s staple, GF Cuban Churrasco with handcrafted Cuban chimichurri sauce, or the GF Ropa Vieja Shredded Beef.
