Experience Kissimmee Unveils New Season of “¡Vámonos a Kissimmee!” in Celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month
The four-part series features notable Hispanic figures as they enjoy their vacation in Kissimmee
Kissimmee, Fla. (September 16, 2024) — Experience Kissimmee, the official tourism authority for Osceola County, is thrilled to relaunch the second season of ¡Vámonos a Kissimmee! This unique social-first series follows prominent Hispanic public figures as they create memorable vacations in Kissimmee with their families and friends. The first episode premieres on Monday, September 16 in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month and will be available on Experience Kissimmee’s website and social media platforms.
In each episode, viewers will come across unique itineraries and adventures, tailored to the distinct personalities of the guests during their stay in Kissimmee, showcasing the diverse attractions and experiences Kissimmee has to offer.

¡Vámonos a Kissimmee! is a testament to the rich cultural backgrounds of each guest, inviting them to share their personal stories, experiences, and pride in their Hispanic heritage.
The personalities and their adventures featured in the series are:

Marjorie de Sousa: A Venezuelan actress, model, and television personality celebrated for her dynamic roles in popular telenovelas such as “El Conde,” and "Golde de Suerte.” Accompanied by her son, Marjorie visited EPCOT®, Island H20 Water Park, Orlando Helicopter Adventures, Gatorland and Splitsville Luxury Lanes amongst other locations.

Bárbara Bermudo: A leading voice in Hispanic media, renowned for her role as a host on the Spanish-language news program “Primer Impacto.” Born in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, to a Puerto Rican mother and a Cuban father, Barbara Bermudo went on to pursue her passion for journalism at American University in Washington, D.C., where she earned her degree in Journalism. Through her news-style perspective, Barbara will show us Summer House on the Lake, Boggy Creek Airboat Adventures and Magic Kingdom Park.

Hirving “Chucky” Lozano: A Mexican soccer player known for his impressive career across Europe. He initially made his mark at PSV Eindhoven, a renowned Dutch sports club based in Eindhoven, Netherlands. After his success at PSV, he transferred to Napoli in Italy, where he became the most expensive Mexican player in history in 2019. This soccer star enjoyed Wild Florida, Lazy H Ranch and LEGOLAND Florida amongst other activities.

Juan Guarnizo: A prominent figure in the online gaming community, known for his energetic style and humorous commentary on platforms like YouTube and Twitch. His content primarily revolves around popular games such as Fortnite, Minecraft, and Among Us, but Juan’s influence extends beyond gameplay. In this trip, the real-life adventure took us to Universal Orlando Resort, Andretti Indoor Karting & Games, Tom’s Watch Bar and Medieval Times amongst other locations.
Each episode features an interview that offers viewers a personal glimpse into what Kissimmee means to each personality, as they narrate their adventures, share their unique perspectives, and reveal their favorite activities in the destination.
Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with Experience Kissimmee and explore the rich cultures that shape our community. This four-part series will debut on Experience Kissimmee’s Instagram and YouTube, starting with Bárbara Bermudo on September 16. Subsequent episodes will feature Hirving “Chucky” Lozano on September 23, Marjorie de Sousa on September 30 and Juan Guarnizo on October 7.
