Experience Kissimmee Named 19th Top Meeting Destination in North America by Cvent
Recognition highlights its group business appeal and commitment to corporate event success
Kissimmee, FL – May 20, 2025 – Experience Kissimmee announced it was named the 19th Top Meeting Destination in North America by Cvent. The globally recognized Cvent Top Meeting Destinations lists analyze and rank cities that stand out for their exceptional ability to attract group business to their areas through thoughtful event planner collaboration, distinctive experiential offerings, and unique hotels and venues. Kissimmee’s strategic online presence ensures it remains at the forefront for meetings and events, appealing directly to the unique expectations of attendees and event planners alike. Rankings are determined based on robust sourcing and request-for-proposal (RFP) activity through the Cvent Supplier Network, one of the world’s largest venue-sourcing platforms. The destination has moved up five spots from the 24th position in 2024.
Located in the heart of Florida, Kissimmee boasts more than 1 million square feet of meeting space and more than 25,000 hotel rooms, including a variety of resorts, boutique hotels, and all-suite accommodations. With an additional 300 diverse venues and luxury vacation homes with up to 15 bedrooms, there’s a meeting space for everyone! With cuisine options from around the globe, year-round sunshine, and over 1,200 things to do, Kissimmee is a popular spot for gatherings and events.
Kissimmee is at the doorstep of world-famous theme parks, the headwaters of the Everglades and excellent dining and entertainment options, which offers exciting event itineraries that elevate meetings. Additionally, meeting organizations can save money by choosing Kissimmee as their meeting destination through the "It Pays to Meet in Kissimmee" meeting incentive and make an impact through our sustainability initiative.

Methodology
Cvent evaluated 14,000+ cities worldwide listed on the Cvent Supplier Network. Activity was tracked between January 2024 and December 2024. Rankings were determined by a set of qualifying criteria, including: the number of total room nights booked through the Cvent Supplier Network; the number of unique electronic request-for-proposals (RFPs) sent through the marketplace to venues within the city; the total value of the RFPs submitted; and the actual awarded value for meetings booked.
