Late-Night Dining at Disney Springs

Your taste buds are in for a serious treat when you visit Disney Springs, especially if you’re craving a late-night snack (or full meal). From inventive dishes to comfort-food classics and delicious desserts, there’s plenty of flavors to savor after prime time.

At Morimoto Asia, Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto blends traditional Asian dishes with Western influences. Inventive as it is entertaining, Morimoto Asia features a unique exhibition kitchen, meaning you’ll get a first-hand look at how your meal is prepared (spoiler alert: you won’t want to miss it).

Chart your course to The BOATHOUSE® for its fabulous raw bar, fresh fish, and fine dining favorites; casual options like burgers and sandwiches are also on the menu. Don’t forget to check out their outdoor waterfront bars for craft cocktails and vintage wine.

In the mood for a piece of pizza perfection? Head over to Pizza Ponte, where they serve up satisfying slices. At Paradiso 37, you can also go on a culinary tour of the Americas and sample the best food from North, Central, and South America. Craving the perfect cut of beef? STK Orlando is a chic steakhouse, complete with an innovative menu and late-night happy hour. 

Delicious Desserts

When browsing mouth-watering menus, remember to save room for dessert. At Hot Cookie Hour at Gideon’s Bakehouse, be prepared for their “almost half pound” cookies and Double Frosted Cakes. Gideon’s is also known for secret Limited-Edition desserts (first come, first served).

If you scream for ice cream, Ghirardelli® Ice Cream & Chocolate Shop is the place to be. Decadent sundaes, house-made hot fudge, classic banana splits – it might be the best way to cap off the day. 

At Vivoli il Gelato, try hand-crafted Italian gelato and sorbet that will satisfy any sweet tooth. Choose from more than 20 delicious flavors – you can build your own sundae or enjoy a signature gelato shake or float. Looking for a little boost of energy to extend your evening? Visit Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company.

Bars, Lounges & Live Music

If you like to unwind with a beverage in hand, you’ll find many ways to do just that. Sip a frosty drink while overlooking the water at Dockside Margaritas, or check out the scene at Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar – an airplane hangar transformed into a one-of-a-kind dive bar. In search of a little luck o’ the Irish? Make your way to Raglan Road™ Irish Pub and Restaurant for an authentic Emerald Isle experience, complete with jigs and reels by award-winning dancers. 

Looking to experience true Florida flavors? Stargazers Bar, located on the ground level of Planet Hollywood, highlights Florida beers and hand-crafted cocktails.

Slip into Enzo’s Hideaway & Tunnel Bar for Prohibition-era cocktails at a 1920s-style speakeasy. Escape to an age of invention and innovation at The Edison, where cabaret dancers, aerialists, and musical acts shine in a multi-level restaurant and entertainment venue. Hit the dance floor at the House of Blues®, featuring live bands and DJs to keep the tunes going.

Get a bird’s-eye view from the Coca-Cola Store Rooftop Beverage Bar and play mixologist to create your Coca-Cola concoction. You can also sample beverages from around the world. Grab a Cheetah-Rite and relax in the rainforest at Lava Lounge at Rainforest Café. This is also a great spot to get the perfect vacation photo in front of the volcano, which erupts every 30 minutes.
