The Central Florida Animal Reserve (CFAR) called Brevard County home for over 20 years and recently moved to East Osceola County, near Forever Florida, for a better lifestyle and move living space for the big cats. CFAR is home to over 20 tigers, lions, leopards, and cougars. It is one of the largest repository of tigers in the state of Florida. The new site incorporates new opportunities for on-site educations as well as the ability to provide long-term care of cats in need. CFAR is operated entirely by volunteers and funded via private philanthropy and grants. You can go behind the scenes to see the cats from a different angle on a guided tour (must be a scheduled tour, no walk-ups allowed). Enjoy an intimate journey where you meet the animal residents and learn about the work taking place at CFAR. Explore this big cat and wildlife sanctuary that's home to lions, tigers, leopards, and cougars.
