Venue: Orlando Cat Cafe
Address: 532 Cagan Park Avenue Clermont, FL 34714, USA
Phone: 352-989-4820 | EmailYoga with cats? Yes, please! Offered the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month. Cost is $20.00 per person, per session.
Registration begins at 9 am and class begins at 9:30 am and ends around 10:30. The class lasts for approximately 1 1/2 hours - 1 hour of yoga with an extra 1/2 hour for kitty play time after the session!
Second Saturday of the month course is taught by Rick Burke, a Certified LesMills Bodyflow Instructor and a Certificated Yoga Instructor. This class is "purr-fect" for beginners or any level. The class is fun and flowing with lots of stretching, postures and relaxation.
Fourth Saturday of the month course is taught by Cyndi Staudt, a RYT for over 15 years, certified Aerial Yoga instructor for 5 years and is a rescue kitty Mom of a gorgeous (not so) little boy Harley. Coming from a background of over 20 years in fitness, Cyndi began yoga as a way of repairing and replenishing her body to enhance her performance in the many sports and activities she participated in. Cyndi is passionate about encouraging others to become the best version of themselves they can be and loving on as many furry felines as she can in this lifetime!
Kindly reserve at least 24 hours in advance, and please provide you own yoga mat! Children 10 years old and over are permitted.
Please note that due to the limited size of this class (and its popularity), no refunds will be issued for any cancellation received less than 12 hours in advance as well as any no shows.
Based on the latest guidance from the CDC, masks are strongly encouraged in our cat play area, but not required.
