The Museum of Military History will be observing the return of Central Florida’s seasonal residents while paying tribute to its senior residents by hosting a “Welcome Back Snowbirds” Commander’s Call event. The event will be held on Saturday, January 19th, 2019, from 10:00AM until 2:00PM, in the museum. During the event, our guests will receive an appreciative hotdog lunch that is included with purchase of admission. Tour guides will also be present to show all of our guests around the museum and answer any questions.
This event will be conducted by the Museum staff. Custom made Dog Tags will be available for purchase. All proceeds will support the Museum’s ability to continue educating the public on the rich history of our military services and the contribution that the men and women have made to our nation’s freedoms and gain a better understanding of what it means to serve. This event will be open to the public with a half-off admission fee to any senior age 65 and older. Families are encouraged to attend and take part in the epics of our military heroes.
