‘Twas the holiday eve, and all through the vacation home,
Not a creature was stirring, not even a garden gnome.
The luggage was stored in our rooms with care,
Just kidding—our things were strewn about everywhere.
The children were nestled all snug in their beds,
While magical adventures danced in their heads.
And Mom in her onesie and I in my cap,
Had just settled down for a post-adventure nap.
