LEGOLAND Florida's spooky halloween decorations will have you calling out for your "mummy"

Whether you come to Central Florida for the frights or the treats, there’s something for everyone! Halloween is the perfect time to start planning your costume and where you’ll be spending the spooky holiday. Take a look at what’s happening in Kissimmee.

Halloween Horror Nights

One of the scariest events of the year is finally here. Halloween Horror Nights 2023 is back with more creepy crawlies and fright. Haunted Houses line the streets, and you can experience the horror of a few favorite scary movies. Walk through 10 different haunted houses. Enjoy the live entertainment, scare zones, and spooky food and drink to make for an incredible night. 

May the bravest guests escape the entanglement of the estate’s stranglehold or else. It’s a nightmare come true. 

Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

Where: Walt Disney World Resort Magic Kingdom Park

Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is here with themed cavalcades, spooky performances, character sightings, delicious treats, and so much more! Your ticket includes candy galore and special Halloween treats like ice cream and popcorn. Marvel at the eerie décor and watch as the Mickey’s Happy Halloween, Disney Villains Halloween, and Jack’s Nightmare cavalcades roll down Main Street USA. You won’t want to miss spotting Miss Carlotta at the Haunted Mansion, Goofy, and Chip ‘N’ Dale. 20 regular attractions will be open, and a few may have special effects to spook you!

Howl-O-Scream

After a day of Halloween Spooktacular, prepare for terrifying frights of the night at Howl-O-Scream. This event features a haunted house, Beneath the Ice, featuring the icy wilderness of the Arctic Circle and roaming haunts called Frozen Terror where subhuman walkers swarm the crowds. Plus, a new show, Monster Stomp, is all about Jack the Ripper taking the stage with a modern rock and rhythm spectacular. Your shiver may be from the scares, but you can also experience goosebumps at the icy themed bar, Tormented. Grab a cold frosty drink and take refuge from the wintry terrors. 

Brick Or Treat

Where: LEGOLAND Florida
When: Saturday and Sundays in October 
Tickets: Included with general admission

Build your perfect Halloween night with trick or treating around the park, seeing frightfully fun characters, and meet and greets with ghoulish LEGO characters. You’ll also find larger than afterlife LEGO builds and special holiday decorations. Don’t forget to hold on tight to your loved ones!

Gatorland's Gators, Ghosts, and Goblins

Where: Gatorland

Tickets: Included with regular park admission

This fun Halloween event returns for its third year of family fright done right! You can search for Cryptids in The Crocs and Cryptids Zone! where you might find Gatorland’s very own Skunk Ape. Then grab your Lederhosen for Frank 'n Stein’s Ooky Kooky Octoberfest featuring live music from “Polkageist,” Gatorland’s own undead polka band, as well as German beer and food for purchase.

And Swamp Ghost’s Monster Museum is back. Dare to enter Swamp Ghost’s lair and learn the origins of the world’s most infamous monsters…and maybe come face to face with a ghoul or two! Plus, multiple themed haunt zones, interactive characters, animal meet and- reets, candy giveaways, and the popular Children’s Halloween Costume Parade with treat bags for all the kids who participate are all featured fun that you won't want to miss. 

 

BOO! on Broadway

Where: Kissimmee Main Street

Get ready to dress up in your best costume and make your way to Kissimmee Main Street. You can collect candy, visit Adventures in Booville, watch the Great Kissimmee Case Race, take selfies with stilt walkers and dancers, and so much more.

 

Screamin’ Green Hauntoween

Where: Crayola Experience
When: Month of October 
Tickets: General admission ticket

Experience a month of Monster-ific crafts, a themed scavenger hunt, character photo ops, and pumpkin painting! You can even watch a Slime Show with the whole family. If you visit on Halloween, wear a costume and save $4 off your ticket!
