Guide to Kissimmee Wildlife

Kissimmee is home to some world-famous wildlife that make their homes on land, sea, and freshwater streams. A well-known birders paradise, Florida has over 500 species of native birds as well as many exotic species. We're also known to have alligators in abundance, love our manatees, and be teeming with turtles. Even our hockey team, the Florida Panthers, get their name from our natural wildlife!

When you visit Kissimmee, you'll get to experience our world-class theme parks, but also see some of our natural wonders. For animal lovers, it's a perfect opportunity to get up close and personal with some of our unique locals. Here's a handy infographic so you can study up before you go!
