For a more filling meal with Spanish and Cuban flare, try the legendary Columbia Restaurant. After lunch, around the corner from Columbia and the Bohemian Hotel is Celebration Bike Rental Tours & More, the perfect way to explore the side streets, and hear from town history. For just $15, you can rent a bike for two hours (or even rent a bicycle built for two), and cycle through over 10 miles of scenic bike trails, waterfront pathways, and picture-perfect neighborhoods.

4. Disney Springs Date

The re-imaging of Downtown Disney to Disney Springs just goes to show, when it comes to imagination, anything is possible in Kissimmee!
