Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Hogsmeade™

Explore the shops and restaurants of Hogsmeade™, sip Butterbeer, step inside Hogwarts Castle, and find high-flying adventures in this magical world.

Experience the amazing Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure ride. On this roller coaster through the Forbidden Forest, riders get the option of hopping on the motorbike or settling into the sidecar. Then join Harry, Ron, and Hermione in Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey inside Hogwarts Castle. Finally, visit Buckbeak and soar through the sky on the kid-friendly Flight of the Hippogriff. 

Insider tip: If you have party members who don’t want to ride the ride, have them join you in line so they can experience the inside of the castle.

When it comes to food, Butterbeer is a must have. There are two stands in Hogsmeade that feature regular carbonated and frozen Butterbeer. For hot Butterbeer, head inside the following dining options. Hog’s Head features alcoholic beverages, Butterbeer, pumpkin juices, and other beverages. Vegan, non-dairy Butterbeer is also available in cold and frozen varieties. Three Broomsticks hosts full-service dining from breakfast to dinner. Try the Great Platter featuring two courses to feed four people.

Stop in at Ollivander’s Wand Shop where you can purchase your own wand to practice magic throughout Hogsmeade. Get your favorite sweet treats at Honeydukes, such as Chocolate Frogs and Bertie Bott’s Every-Flavour Beans. Or send friends and family a note from the Owl Post & Owlery. Shows and entertainment happen throughout the day, and when the sun goes down, it’s time for the illuminating Nighttime Lights at Hogwarts Castle. 

You’ve definitely taken several photos by now, but if you want another, check out the bridge to Jurassic Park which gives a great view of Hogwarts Castle. 

Finally, climb aboard the Hogwarts Express at Hogsmeade Station and travel with your favorite characters to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ – Diagon Alley™ at Universal Studios Florida. The train ride serves as transportation between the two theme parks, and you must have a two-park pass to ride.

Jurassic Park

Welcome to Jurassic Park! Sink your teeth into a world where dinosaurs not only exist, but where you can come face to face with them throughout your visit. The fiercest ride in Jurassic Park is the new Jurassic World VelociCoaster. Your adventure will go from 0 to 50mph in just 2 seconds. Need to cool down? Take a relaxing ride on Jurassic Park River Adventure but keep an eye out for loose dinos. For the little ones, enjoy bird’s-eye views on the Pteranodon Flyers. 

When your belly starts to roar, get some food inside the Discovery Center at The Burger Digs. For more options, check out Thunder Falls Terrace, Pizza Predattoria, or The Watering Hole for fountain sodas and frozen cocktails.

There’s much to explore in Jurassic Park, including meeting a live dinosaur at the Raptor Encounter. The Jurassic Park Discovery Center offers a variety of interactive exhibits for little researchers to get their hands on. For a playground on a massive scale, explore Camp Jurassic with net bridges and lots of slides.

Skull Island: Reign of Kong

Dare to enter Skull Island. For a heart pumping 4D adventure, take a ride on Skull Island: Reign of Kong. You’ll see prehistoric creatures as you travel through the treacherous jungle. For the perfect photo spot, check out the stone arch entrance. 

Marvel Super Hero Island

Take a seat and help your favorite heroes on epic adventures. The Incredible Hulk Coaster is a fan favorite with its exhilarating launch and multiple inversions. Ready to face danger? Hop on Doctor Doom’s Fearfall, a drop tower that’s delightfully scary. Get your spidey senses ready for the The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man, or help out the Fantastic Four on the Storm Force Accelatron. Don’t accelerate too fast, or you may get dizzy. 

Make sure to set your alarm to meet Spider-Man and the Marvel Super Heroes in the Character Zone. You could see Doctor Doom, Captain America, Wolverine, and more! Test your skills at Kingpin’s Arcade and win prizes. 

For a social media worthy photo, stop by the entrance to The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man and showcase your best Spider-Man pose. 

Toon Lagoon

Join classic comic strip characters like Popeye, Betty Boop, and Cathy in this fun-filled land. Toon Lagoon is known for its funny and exciting water rides. Get ready for big drops on Dudley Do-Right’s Ripsaw Falls, and take a spin on the crowd-pleasing Popeye’s & Bluto’s Bilge-Rat Barges. Prepare to get wet!

Stop by the Comic Strip Cafe for food court-style favorites, or sink your teeth into the famous Dagwood sandwich at Blondie’s. No meal is complete without dessert, so make sure to stop at Cathy’s Ice Cream. 

Kids can enjoy special water play areas, meet characters, and play to win at Toon Lagoon Games. Before you leave this land, pretend you’re part of the comic strip and pose below a variety of fun speech bubbles for a photo op. 

Suess Landing

This area is great for kids and kids at heart who grew up watching and reading Dr. Suess’ classics. Stemming straight from the books, the rides One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish and The Cat in the Hat bring the famous stories to life. For a bird’s-eye view of this colorful, whimsical land, take a ride on The High in the Sky Suess Trolley Train Ride!. And no visit to Suess Landing can be complete without a few spins on the Caro-Seuss-el.

The biggest restaurant is Circus McGurkus Café Stoopendous, featuring burgers, pizza, and chicken platters.

Keep an eye out as you may see The High in the Sky Suess Trolley Train Ride! come through the ceiling. Green Eggs and Ham Café features a variety of flavored tater tots, including the classic Green Eggs and Ham. You can also find Moose Juice and Goose Juice. 

You can also catch musical performances and check out the Suess Character Zone. The I Ran the Zoo playground is perfect for kids with energy to burn. For a great photo op, snap a pic in the tiny doorway at Mulberry Street Store. 

The Lost Continent

This island is ready to welcome you as it showcases Greek gods and mythical creatures. Take a stroll along the open-air shops and immerse yourself in this mystical world.    

Go on a high-seas adventure with ancient titans at Poseidon’s Fury. Then sit down for a reading at Star Souls – Psychic Readings or get temporary henna art. 

Enjoy a unique dining experience with waterfalls and caverns at the award-winning Mythos Restaurant. Want something a little lighter? Grab a kebab at Doc Sugrue’s Desert Kebab House. For a casual lunch get a gyro, chicken, or salad at Fire Eater’s Grill. For a unique photo spot, the waterfall and sculptures along the façade of Mythos Restaurant are a sight to see.

Port of Entry

Grab a bite or go shopping as you gear up for adventures or wrap up your theme park day. Highlights include Croissant Moon Bakery, featuring sandwiches and pastries and Confisco Grille, featuring international favorites. For your next photo op, pose under the arch reading “The Adventure Begins.”

Tips for Visiting: What You Need to Know

The Universal parking garages charge $27 per vehicle for regular parking; pricing is subject to change without notice. There is an Uber Zone in the Jurassic Park Garage on the 5th floor.
