Considering the multitude of eateries in the area, Lin and I knew finding the most delicious treats for our taste-buds would be difficult-- especially taking into account our budget, my pseudo-vegetarianism and her seafood allergies. The problem wasn't lack of choice (which would totally be the case in another city), but the sheer number of choices we did have. We ate lots, to find the best options for you (a total hardship, I know! Hah). Here's what we found: Breakfast: Delicious beignets at Tomorrowland cafe in Magic Kingdom are made fresh, fried to perfection and sprinkled with confectioners' sugar. Try the mini waffles topped with blueberries and strawberries, too. Breakfast for two (including a cup of cocoa or coffee) costs less than $15-- a total bargain for Disney World. Lunch: Go to Downtown Disney's Bodie's burgers for amazing fast food. 'Amazing' and fast food don't usually go together, but Bodie's is different. Choose a burger (falafel or beef), pick toppings and condiments, and get pop chips or fries as a side. Head to Candy Cauldron (also in Downtown Disney) for dessert. Choose from sweets from Goofy's Candy Co or delicious baked goods unique to Disney Parks. We picked the Mickey gingerbread and can't stop talking about how good it was! Dinner: Who doesn't like breakfast for dinner? Our thoughts, exactly! After a busy day of wandering I-drive, we stopped for supper. The IHOP at International Drive at Universal blvd is better than any IHOP we've ever been to. The pancakes are fluffy, the eggs and sausages cooked to perfection, and Sandy (the friendliest waitress we've ever met) goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. What's the best meal you've ever had in Kissimmee?
