One of the many dinner shows we took in was the Sleuth’s Mystery Dinner Shows . The show we attended was Lord Mansfield's Fox Hunt. The plot of this story is that the owner of the estate was killed and we have to figure out who did it. According to the actors, you can see the same show more than once because the versions are always different. In our version, we had to figure out if the maid, the butler, the lawyer, or the sister did it!
I have to say it was one of the funniest shows I have been to in a long time. The characters were HYSTERICAL, especially Elga, I was laughing so hard during some parts I had to wipe tears from my eyes. I will say, the version we saw definitely had some adult innuendoes. I don't know if every show is like that, but it's something to consider if you have kids with you. For adults, though, it will be a night of good fun and laughs. Check out some of the cast from another show and tell me you think you could make it through any show without a laugh.
During the show you are served a tasty meal of your choosing. You can pick lasagna, prime rib (this does have an extra charge) or cornish hen and each comes with a different side. After watching the show play out and writing down your clues you have to try to figure out who did it. Each table has to come up with one question to ask and pick a spokesperson to ask the question.
In the end, thanks to my husbands keen eye for detail, we figured out who the culprit was. Then ended up walking out with a tiny little detective badge to show just how awesome we are. A night of laughs, mystery, and good food is waiting to be had with a zany cast, at Sleuth's Mystery Dinner Show.
