We have been to Walt Disney World twice over the past five years but each time we visit it’s a whole different experience. Disney is always expanding and getting better and I think that’s one of the reasons people keep coming back. Each time we visit Disney World the first park we have to visit is Magic Kingdom. I love all of the parks but there is something extra magical about Magic Kingdom and I think it’s a great place to kick start your Disney vacation.

One of the things I always recommend to people visiting Walt Disney World is to get to the parks early in the morning before they are open. That way you can ride some of the more popular rides before the park gets too crowded. The first place that we visited this time around was Fantasyland! I was so impressed with how amazing the Beauty and the Beast castle looked and couldn't’ wait to get inside for lunch. We let the kids decided which ride we would go on first and the all decided on Dumbo. Since Disney World now has two Dumbo rides and a fast pass option it makes riding a much faster experience.

After Fantasyland my son decided to brave Splash Mountain for the first time. He was really nervous but had a blast. These are the memories that make these family vacations worth every penny.  After a long day of riding rides, seeing shows and getting autographs from some of our favorite characters we had dinner at The Crystal Palace which was delicious.

There is so much to do in the Magic Kingdom and if you have the time I recommend spending at least two days here. It can definitely get done in one day but a full day of fun can be a lot if you have little ones.
