With many of the world’s favorite theme parks located right here in sunny Central Florida, we want to provide you with the latest updates regarding reopenings, changes in operating hours, and safety measures for our area’s major attractions.

Walt Disney World Resort
Walt Disney World Resort is now open to guests with reduced hours. Please see below for some of the enhanced safety precautions that will be in place for guests visiting the parks. For all the know-before-you-go information for Walt Disney World locations, please visit the official updates webpage. Disney has not yet released reopening dates for Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park or Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park.
Disney Springs is currently open with limited locations and enhanced safety measures. Click here for a full list of reopenings.
Health and Safety Protocols:
- Reduced capacity (35%) at theme parks, restaurants, retail, attractions, buses, monorails, and other transportation that enables appropriate social distancing
- Temporarily suspended parades, fireworks, and other events that create crowds
- Physical distancing barriers and queues
- Increased cleaning protocols
- Temperature screening
- Cashless transactions
- Face coverings required for all employees and guests over the age of 3
- Reduced hours at select locations
- No scheduled entertainment
- Hand-washing stations and hand sanitizer in key areas
- Limited parking and entrances (Disney Springs)
Universal Orlando Resort
Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure are now open to guests. Universal's Volcano Bay is currently closed for the season and will reopen on March 1, 2021. This carefully managed reopening comes with stringent new health, safety, and hygiene procedures in place to protect both guests and Team Members. Please note, at the moment of arrival, each guest will be temperature checked and must follow the guidelines below:
- Face coverings must be worn
- Keep at least 6 feet between guests at all times
- Use the floor markings when standing in line
- Use hand sanitizer when required
Universal CityWalk is now open daily with limited capacity. For the select restaurants and shops currently open, visit here for the full list.
SeaWorld Parks & Resorts Orlando
SeaWorld Parks & Resorts Orlando is now open to guests. This includes SeaWorld Orlando theme park, Aquatica, and Discovery Cove. The park will enact enhanced safety measures for the safety of all employees and guests, including those listed here. Reservations are now available online. LEGOLAND Florida Resort is officially open. This includes the theme park and water park. LEGOLAND has adjusted operating hours, and extensive measures are taken to ensure the health and safety of guests and employees with the following measures.
